The aforementioned Left Right “think tank of young minds” is again recruiting, this time for ten part-time volunteer positions. They say: “Each of these positions will provide an exciting and career-defining opportunity for a young person to be involved in the founding stages of an organisation with extensive development and networking opportunities.”

The following positions are being recruited:

Operations

• Finance Officer
• Administration Officer
• Events & Education Officer
• Communications & Publications Officer

Policy

• Secretary of Rural & Indigenous Policy
• Secretary of Foreign & Strategic Policy
• Secretary of Health & Education Policy
• Secretary of Youth & Community Policy
• Secretary of Governance & Judicial Policy
• Secretary of Economic & Environmental Policy

Each position is for a period of 6-months, commencing in early October 2008 and running through until the organisation’s public launch in early 2009. Applicants must be aged 16 – 24 years old and based within Victoria.
