Now that the NSW branch has finished its recruitment, Australian Red Cross Victoria is looking for young Victorians, aged 15 – 25, to join its Youth Advisory Committee. As a VYAC member you will identify and discuss issues affecting young people in Victoria as well as review opportunities and programs at Australian Red Cross aimed at involving young people. 10 positions are to be filled.
Young people of all different ages, gender, geographic location, cultural background, physical or intellectual ability, sexual orientation are encouraged to be a part of the VYAC. No previous experience on committees is required, as training is provided.
Nominations close 5PM, Monday, 14th of August, 2006.
